摘要:澳門的高等音樂教育起步很晚。創立於1997年的澳門理工大学音樂課程在很長一段時間是澳門地區唯一的頒授高等學位的專業音樂教育機構，客觀上代表了澳門地區高等音樂教育的形象。該課程堅持“小規模精辦”的發展策略，以能力培養為課程改革基礎，以國際評鑒促學術品質保障，對內加強管理與運作，對外增進交流與合作，在二十多年的辦學歷程中迅速成長，取得了較好的社會評價。本文基於澳門的社會多元文化背景與教育政策，以總結該課程發展與改革的成敗得失來分析澳門高等音樂教育的特色與困境，期望為目前方興未艾的高等音樂教育發展提供一方經驗，促進其發展。

Abstract:The higher music education in Macau started very late. The Music Program, offered by Macao Polytechnic University (MPU) from 1997, is still the only one of professional music education institution with Bachelor degree and can represent the image of higher music education in Macao. In less than 30 years, this music program was growing rapidly and obtained good social evaluation. It adheres to the development strategy of "small in size and compact in structure", with ability cultivation as the foundation of curriculum reform and promoting academic quality through international academic accreditation. Based on the socio- cultural background and educational policies of Macau, this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of higher music education in Macau by summarizing the success and failure of the development of MPU music program. It is looking forward to provide some reference and enlightenment for the reform and development of higher music education in China.

        代百生男(1971-)德國法蘭克福音樂與表演藝術學院音樂教育學博士，现任澳門理工大學藝術及設計學院教授。澳門文聯理事;國際音樂教育協會(ISME)會員;中國音樂家協會會員;亞太音樂教育研究聯盟(APSMER)學術理事;中國教育學會音樂教育分會會員及音樂教育學學會理事。出版《銅琴教材與教法九講》《中國銅琴音樂研究》等中、德文學術著作5部，主編、參編鋼琴教材4套8本、學術會議論文集2本，發表中、英、德文音樂學術期刊與年鑑、專書章節論文80餘篇,國際國內會議論文50餘篇以及報刊音樂評論若干,多次應邀赴義大利、英國、德國、希臘、澳大利亞、美國、中國內地、台灣、香港、澳門等地參加學術會議或講學。
